Eye Doctors of Washington Reaches Goal of Donating 10,000 Glasses
Since our RestoringVision fundraiser first began in July, Eye Doctors of Washington has donated 60 pairs of eyeglasses for every LASIK procedure performed. With its conclusion in October, our team is thrilled to announce we successfully reached our goal of donating 10,000 pairs! For those not familiar with RestoringVision, the organization is a non-profit committed to helping people with minimal to no access to eye care. They distribute reading glasses and sunglasses to those in developing countries, with the goal of helping 20 million people improve their vision by 2020. Our team at EDOW has been proud to be a part of this life-changing mission.
